Bulk Billing
Bulk billing is available for eligible patients during Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Eligible patients include:
- Pension concession card holders (Senior, Disability)
- Children under 16 with a valid Medicare card
- DVA card holders
- Health Care Card holders
Students with a valid student card are eligible for a discounted fee. Other bulk billing may be available at the doctor's discretion.
New Patients
We welcome new patients to our practice. Please bring the following to your first appointment:
- Medicare card
- Any concession cards (Health Care Card, Pension Card, DVA)
- A list of current medications (or bring the medications themselves)
- Any relevant medical records or referral letters from your previous GP
Prescriptions & Referrals
Repeat Prescriptions
Please allow 48 hours for repeat prescription requests. Prescriptions cannot be issued without seeing the doctor if there are no repeats remaining.
Referrals
Specialist referrals require a consultation with your doctor. Please book an appointment to discuss your referral needs.
Test Results
Please book a follow-up appointment to discuss your test results with your doctor. Results are not given over the phone.
Payment
We accept EFTPOS, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cash. Medicare rebates can be processed instantly at reception. Private health insurance cannot be used for GP consultations in Australia.
